  name, address, telephone number, email address and other data, will not be shared with a third party without first seeking your written consent.
• Any newsletters or bulletins from us, such as alerts on special offers or 
  surveys of your needs, will only be after you have provided your consent to receive them.
• Please notify us if you no longer wish to be on our mailing list.
• We reserve the right to contact you if we are unable to proceed with your order.
• We will assume that any contact you make with us, you consent to receiving a 
  response.  Matilda Jane staff will respond to your enquiry at the earliest opportunity.
• We are not able to view, and nor do we retain, any information on your credit card details.  All credit card transactions are fully encrypted and processed by our bank.
• All transactions are in the $AUD or it's equivalent value in your currency.
