From Sunday 20/10/24, the following rates will apply:
 
Postage and Delivery Policy

All orders are sent with tracking.

Australia:

• Orders up to $75.00 - $11.00, no signature required
• Orders up to $75.00 - $14.00, with signature on delivery
• Orders over $75.00 - free, no signature required
• Orders over $75.00 - $4.00, with signature on delivery.
• Express post up to $75.00 - $14.00, no signature required
• Express post over $75.00 - $4.00, no signature required
• Express post up to $75 - $16, with signature on delivery
• Express post over $75 - $6, with signature on delivery

Matilda Jane takes no responsibility for loss of parcels when customers choose not to pay for signature on delivery.

All Express posts will include signature on delivery unless customers advise us otherwise. The above Express rates will continue to apply.

 

New Zealand:
Flat rate $22.00


All orders are wrapped discreetly and there will be no reference to the contents of your parcel on the external surface. 
 

All orders will be shipped within 7-10 working days of the order being placed.  If stock has been delayed or is on back order, you will receive an email advising you when your order will be dispatched.
